They do say that there is a first time for everything and this is the first time I’ve ever used a Fabric Face Mask! I tried the Renew You Revive and Uplift Fabric Face Mask and Renewal Serum which is made by Montagne Jeunesse who arguably make the best single use face masks around! Read on for my thoughts…

The Renew You range is an anti-aging product line and although I don’t specifically look for anti aging products, now that I’m now in my mid twenties, I’m quite happy to try anything that’s aimed at wrinkle reduction, even if it is still currently more of a preventative measure than a cure!

This face mask is a little unusual as it’s a fabric mask which is quite a rare type and it also comes with a little sachet of serum for afterwards.

I really enjoyed using this fabric face mask. It was a little messy to handle at first because it was very well saturated with product but once applied, it only dripped a tiny bit and dried pretty quickly. It adhered to my face very well which is a plus as I half expected it to fall off and it was also quite a good fit for my face! I found this was also easy to remove and it left my face feeling well cleansed and refreshed.

The face mask was very enjoyable but my favorite part of this face mask and serum duo was actually the serum. It was amazing and I actually managed to get 3 – 4 days of use out of the small 3 ml sachet. Every evening I used it, my skin looked brighter and fresher the next morning. It also had a very pleasant scent that I found enjoyable.

After a quick Google search for this face mask online, I soon discovered that it is currently sold for £5.49 on the Montagne Jeunesse website whereas I picked this up for only £0.79p from Homebargains! There is also a 3 for £2 offer on where you can pick and mix from their range of Montagne Jeunesse and Renew You face masks. I suspect I’ll be going back for more of these very soon…

Have you ever tried a fabric face mask before?

  2. Thanks Tania! Fabric face masks are usually very good in my experience so I would definitely recommend giving one a try, even if they do look hilarious!
