Haul I LUSH Cosmetics

LUSH Cosmetics Haul

If you’ve been following me on Twitter, you may already know that I recently won the lovely Carly Susanne’s £20 Lush Gift Voucher giveaway. Carly blogs over at carlysbeautyworld and I’d highly recommend checking out her Cosmo Blog Award nominated beauty blog if you haven’t done so already.

Now, what’s a girl who likes beauty products to do with a £20 Lush gift voucher snuggled up in her purse? Go and spend it of course! And that’s just what I did last Saturday.

I’ve only ever tried facial skincare products from Lush previously so I was super excited to be able to expand upon my knowledge of their products by trying some new things. I didn’t know precisely what I wanted to purchase before I went shopping so I just took a casual browse around the shop and waited to see what took my fancy.

LUSH Cosmetics Honey Trap Lip Balm
LUSH Cosmetics Honey Trap Lip Balm
Honey Trap Lip Balm – £5.95 – 8g

What is it? “Delicious White Chocolate, Honey and Vanilla.”
What does it do? “Repair dry lips with deeply moisturising honey and vitamin-rich wheatgerm oil.”

I love lip balms and I’m a big fan of the deeply moisturising varieties and this one looks like it should keep my lips nicely hydrated and nourished. As a lover of white chocolate, the flavor also just seemed too good to resist!

LUSH Cosmetics You Snap the Whip Body Butter
LUSH Cosmetics You Snap the Whip Body Butter
You Snap the Whip – £6.25 – 95g

What is it? “Hardcore fruity scrub.”
What does it do? The perfect balance of skin scrubby charcoal and sweet scented oils leaves your skin polished and buffed.

I picked this up as it seemed like a really unique concept for a product. It’s actually a solid body scrub / body butter that you use after showering and then rise off! I’m definitely looking forward to tying this out and seeing how well it works.

LUSH Cosmetics Sweet Soap of Mine Duo with Rock Star and Godmother Soaps
LUSH Cosmetics Sweet Soap of Mine Duo with Rock Star and Godmother Soaps

Sweet Soap Of Mine – £6.95 – 100g

What is it? “Rock Star soap (creamy vanilla scent) and The Godmother soap (snow fairy scent).”
What does it do? A duo of the sweetest, pinkest soaps for sweet shop nostalgia.

As soon as I smelt this soap duo, I knew I wanted them! These are actually two of Lush’s better known soaps and I have to say, I’m already planning a repurchase before I’ve even used them because I already adore them for their beautiful fragrance alone! I’m also intrigued to see how well these lather up and how they leave my skin feeling after use as I have a feeling that these will be far less harsh than the average soap out there.

LUSH Cosmetics Space Girl Bath Bomb
LUSH Cosmetics Space Girl Bath Bomb
Space Girl – £2.35

What is it? “Ground control to Major (Bath) bomb!”
What does it do? “On a different planet? This will have you feeling yourself in no time.

Ok, well this is exciting as it’s my first ever Lush bath bomb. I’m really excited to try this out and I already have the feeling that this may well be the first of many Lush bath bombs!

So that’s my Lush haul and you can expect to see full reviews on all of these products once I’ve had chance to trial them.

Have you picked up anything from Lush lately?
