Koko False Eyelashes Review

Koko Lashes in Diva & Carrie Review.

With the party season almost upon us, looking good at all of those special Christmas and New Year celebrations is about more than wearing the right outfit; it’s about feeling confident within yourself and positive about your entire look. In my opinion, very little else speaks of glamour and confidence more than a sultry pair of luscious lashes and today, I’m reviewing these classy, cruelty-free falsies from a cult American brand. Koko False Eyelashes are the popular lashes of the moment and they have finally arrived in the UK!

I think that there’s something so perfect about a gorgeous pair of eyelashes. Even the many people who like me, don’t usually partake in wearing them often succumb to donning on a pair for the party season. I love the decadent charm and finesse that wearing a pair to the most important social engagements of the festive season brings.

Koko Lashes

Koko lashes are from the highly sought after US brand who have created a diverse range of false eyelashes and currently have 50 different styles to choose from. Their lashes are cruelty-free and made from a combination of synthetic fibers and human hair. They are also reusable and handmade which is always a good indicator of quality.

The Koko False Eyelashes require a lash adhesive as they don’t come with any glue supplied in the box. Lash glue definitely isn’t one size fits all because we have our own preferences and requirements. This Revlon Precision Clear Lash Adhesive (£4.49) is ideal if you want a transparent glue that’s latex-free with a fine brush applicator.

This False Lash Applicator Tool (£4.99) applies falsies in a flash. It’s much easier to work with than a pair of tweezers and it’s so simple to get precision placement with this purpose built lash applicator tool. The hot pink colour is gorgeous and it also makes this handy tool easy to find and grab in a hurry.

Koko Lashes are available in the UK from falseeyelashes.co.uk with free 1st Class delivery on all UK orders.

False lashes are the cherry on the cake for a fabulous party look and that one small thing that can make a huge difference. I always appreciate and get excited about highly sought after products from America coming directly over to us in Britain. It’s awesome that Koko lashes have landed in the UK and it’s great to have another cruelty-free lash brand available.

    1. Hi, Selina! I think you would love the Diva lashes – they’re such a perfect full volume lash look and not at all too much IMHO either! <3 Hanna x

  3. I’ve never tried false lashes before but these look really pretty and affordable 🙂 I feel like I’d be wearing dusters on my eyes though haha!

    1. Haha OMG, yes! I totally get where you’re coming from on that Geraldine and it has to be said that false lashes and glasses don’t really mix, either! But they are great for special occasions and I even know some people wear them all the time too, which is pretty cool. <3 Hanna x

  4. i didn’t realise they did false lash applicator tools, that’s something i’m going to have to look into. I’m new to the world of false eyelashes so will definitely have to look at these koko lashes, though £11.50 is a bit out of my price range.

    1. Hi, Bethany Lauren! False eyelash applicator tools are a life saver and trust me, I need all the help I can get putting false lashes on! These Koko Lashes are pricey and there are lots of other budget lashes around. I think these ones are extra special and they are beautifully made and reusable, so I’m hoping they will prove to be somewhat cost effective in the long run if I can look after them. <3 Hanna x
